- To avail this offer, Customers have to dial the USSD code
- Smart Plan voice minute 121, 4000, 789 or any IVR related voice service is not valid for this offer
- SMS and MMS are only applicable for GP-GP numbers
- Dial *500*61# to know internet volume consumed (no charges are applicable)
- To check the remaining voice, SMS, MMS amount customers have to dial *500*60# (no charges are applicable)
- If customers avail another Smart Plan while using one presently, voice minutes, SMS, MMS, balance and validity period will be added to the current plan’s volume and validity period
- “My Zone” customers will be able to avail this offer. After the consuming the Smart Plan’s voice minutes, “My Zone” tariff will be applicable
- Auto renewal is applicable for Smart Plan. To stop auto renewal, SMS OFF to 5000 (SMS charge not applicable)
- For Tk 299, 499 and 699 packs, FUP (Fair Usage Policy) applicable after usage of 500MB, 1GB and 2GB respectively in a month.
- 10 second pulse on Smart Plan talk-time is applicable for all prepaid subscribers
- Current pulse rate is applicable for postpaid subscribers. F&F and Community voice call rates will be charged promptly. But the same charge will be made on the monthly bill.
- Offer applicable for all Grameenphone prepaid and postpaid subscribers (except I-Sim Postpaid) until further notice
- If a customer purchases a Smart Plan while presently using a volume based Internet pack, the previous internet volume will be replaced by the Smart Plan Pack’s data, voice, SMS and MMS
- F&F and Super F&F calls will be deducted from the Main account 24 hours a day. The minutes purchased or received as gift will not be used for making F&F or Super F&F voice calls from 15 September 2014 until further notice
